PROCESSING TIME - DELIVERY:
Most of our handmade items will be created and mailed out within 1-3 business days. Our shipping options include standard processing time (2-6 business days), priority (1-4 business days), and express (1-2 business days) shipping.

WARNINGS:
Keychains Only (Other accessories NOT included). During the laser writing phase, there may occur a slight trace of smoke on the product. Please do not worry since this is normal. It will pass after a while.

Our products are made of crazy horse, that is to say, genuine leather and have been wiped with wax. Genuine leather products can change their color while they are used, and leather will find its original color. Slight marks, scratches, and color variations are different from piece to piece.

RETURNS:
Please note that this item is not eligible for return or refund under normal conditions due to the made-to-order nature of the item. Merchandise found to be incorrect or defective due to seller error will be replaced at no additional cost or refunded.
