It would seem as though you just bought a stranger a gift! In this case orders are non refundable, I'm not Paris Hilton I can't afford to give away free product - my dog doesn't even have it's own mansion yet.

You are responsible for providing a correct address and tracking the delivery. Make sure you include buzzer info!

Once your order is returned to my warehouse, you must pay to have the item shipped again or.. just not get it? These items are made to order and are returned to my shipping warehouse because of this I am not able to resell them.
