Packaging from Sportneer was crushed and torn - missing an entire corner and re-boxed by Amazon Prime (why they didn't inspect the product first, I have no idea). Sportneer worked with us to get a replacement foot pump and air outlet promptly. The product itself (half ball exerciser) is just what we were looking for!

I had ankle surgery and used the half ball at my rehab facility frequently. I enjoyed the wide range of exercises you can do with these and I wanted one at home to continue my rehab outside of the visits, but the ones they have there are quite expensive. I tried the Sportneer model and I've been very pleased overall. I don't think it would survive the rehab facility, but for my solo home use, it does the job just fine at a fraction of the cost!

I was a little confused by the instructions for inflating the device. With a struggle and a lot of patience and determination, I got the job done. I found a helpful video online, pertaining to a similar product by another company. The pump looked quite similar. The woman in the video recommended turning the inflated half-ball on its rounded size, and using a tape measure to be certain its inflated height was not more than 22 centimeters. I am not sorry I bought this brand -- just relieved that my attempt to inflate it did not turn out to be an exercise in futility.
