• FONT STYLE •
Some fonts are very modern and/or bouncy and some customers may find them hard to read or simply don't like the look.
If you prefer for me to use a more traditional font style for your labels, please include this in a note with your order and I'll take care of it.
You can also pick a font from any product in my shop to use on your labels, just send a message with a screenshot or a link and I'll be glad to do it.

• PROOFS •
We are a high volume shop and we have found that sending proofs for each order can significantly delay production time, as we often don't get the responses we need to proceed with the orders in a timely manner.
Upon request, we'll be glad to provide 1 proof with each order. Please note this will delay production time by 1-2 business days.
We copy and paste all the information in our templates to ensure there are no typos from our part, however, mistakes happen, and if we do make a mistake we will immediately replace the order.

• DELIVERY •
The estimated delivery provided by Etsy is automatically calculated with my production time (5 business days) and the time that the postal service usually takes to deliver (if there's no delays during transit)
Please note we don't offer a delivery date guarantee nor does Etsy. The customer is responsible for ordering ahead of time and taking advantage of rush fees and/or shipping upgrades for time sensitive orders in case of delays during shipping.
We don't offer refunds for delayed or misdirected packages, and those stolen after marked as delivered.

We offer a very wide variety of font styles. Some are very playful and with a freehanded look.
If you're unsure about the font, you may do one of the following at the time of placing the order:

• Request a font change.
Browse my shop and send a message with a screenshot or link to the font style you'd like.

• Request a proof.
Add a note to your order requesting a proof, we'll send it before printing your order.

-We only provide a proof upon request.
-1 proof is available with each order. Any additional proofs will incur a fee.

Once the order is printed we're unable to remake it for free, unless there's an error from our part.

Etsy estimates when the order is expected to be delivered based on our production time plus shipping method selected.
We're unable to guarantee a delivery date under any circumstances.

-We CAN guarantee: We will ship your order on time or early when possible.
