We&#8217;re the leader in our marketspace &#8211; your work will be enjoyed by over 2 million visitors this year. Think you&#8217;ve got the chops? This is an opportunity to put your talent to work for a high energy, profitable, stable start-up experiencing rapid growth. This will be a challenging, rewarding, good time.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll be working on our branding, implementing design for our mobile app and new features on our website, and whatever else we come up with. This position will grow as you progress. You will be expected to learn quickly, work efficiently, self-motivate and add to the team culture. This is not a heads-down development team &#8211; expect agility, collaboration and candor.<\/p>\n<h2>Required:<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 20px; font-size: 15px;\">\n<li>Proficiency with Photoshop\/Illustrator<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with HTML \/ CSS<\/li>\n<li>Passion for great design and great user experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Bonus if you:<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 20px; font-size: 15px;\">\n<li>Have experience with Javascript \/ JQuery<\/li>\n<li>Have always longed to be an Elf (or are one)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elfster is a free online Secret Santa organizer and social networking platform for gift-giving. We give time-strapped party planners and gift givers the tools to rediscover the joy of gift giving by organizing a Secret Santa exchange. The Elfster algorithm goes something like this:<\/p>\n<p>Elfster Social Gifting = One Part Wishing + One Part Shopping + One Part Social Networking + One Part Gaming = Tons of Fun<\/p>\n<p>In addition to a fun work environment, Elfster is offering this as a\u00a0 <b>paid internship<\/b>.
