Ingredients:
2 oz. Gin
¾ oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
¾ oz. Simple syrup
4 Slices of strawberry
Champagne
Preparation:
Muddle strawberries, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add gin and ice. Shake then strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne and garnish with a strawberry.
